Follow-up on ADRION COMMUNICATION SEMINAR “Keys to Effective Communication”
Communication in project management is extremely important if you want your project results and achievements to reach a wide range of stakeholders. In particular, communication plays a relevant role for the projects funded in the framework of the European Territorial Cooperation as one of its main objective is to focus on the needs and potentials of the territories. This is the reason why the ADRION Programme organised the communication seminar “Keys to Effective Communication” on 23rd Janaury, successfully held under the auspices of the Emilia-Romagna region.
The event gathered more than 40 project and communication officers with the purpose of improving communication and dissemination strategies within projects funded under the ADRION 1st Call for Proposals. The workshop focussed on several topics, such as: the writing of a communication plan, the development of project key messages, media relations and dissemination strategies, including writing for the web and storytelling. The workshop was quite interactive and gave the opportunity to the participants to do practical exercises.
