What is ADRION eMS
ADRION eMS is an on-line programme monitoring system with a communication portal, which allows ADRION applicants and beneficiaries to submit their project proposals as well as collecting and storing all necessary project and programme information.
The software is built using as much as possible free-to-use technologies and where license fees apply, those were covered by Interact, who developed this software together with, and for the benefit of, Interreg programmes.
