This website provides information about the Interreg V-B ADRION Programme and hosts Programme platforms and websites as well as web pages of funded projects. The website is ADRION main communication tool and we try to do our best to keep the information timely, reliable and accurate at any times. Responsibility for processing

The ADRION Programme’s Managing Authority is the Regione Emilia-Romagna (Italy) pursuant the decision n.559 of the Regional cabinet dated 28 April 2016.

Purposes of the processing and recipients of the data

Legal bases:

  • Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund;
  • Regulation (EU) No 1011/2014, laying down detailed rules for implementing Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the models for submission of certain information to the Commission and the detailed rules concerning the exchanges of information between beneficiaries and managing authorities, certifying authorities, audit authorities and intermediate bodies;
  • Regulation (EU) No 1299/2013, on specific provisions for the support from the European Regional Development Fund to the European territorial cooperation goal;
  • European Commission Implementing Decision C(2015) 7147 of 20 October 2015 (revised on 13 March 2017 with C(2017) n.1529), approving ADRION Cooperation Programme.

For this purpose, the personal data are transmitted to the following recipients: control bodies of the funding bodies and/or private-sector control bodies commissioned by these bodies and/or evaluators appointed by the respective programme authority and/or the European Commission as processors or members of the respective programme Monitoring Committees.

ADRION does not re-use the information for another purpose that is different to the one stated. The Programme puts in place measures to guarantee that your data are kept up-to-date and processed securely.

In compliance with the legal requirement of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, your personal data relating to EU-funded projects in the structural fund period 2014-2020 are deleted after the statutory retention period.

Data may be transmitted to third countries (countries which are not members of the European Union). When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, special safeguards are foreseen to ensure that the protection travels with the data.

Your personal data and your rights

You have a right to information concerning your own personal data, as well as a right to rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or to lodge a complaint against processing. If you believe that your rights are not observed, or not fully observed, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority to the “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali” (hereinafter “Garante”) pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, or else to bring a judicial proceeding against the Garante pursuant to Article 79 of the Regulation. For any requests on this matter, please contact the DPO.

  1. Browsing Data

The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this website acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols. This data category includes the IP addresses and/or the domain names of the computers and terminal equipment used by any user, the URI/URL addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used for submitting a given request to the server, etc. These data are necessary to use web-based services and are also processed to extract statistical information on service usage (most visited pages, visitors by time/date, geographical areas of origin, etc.), as well as to check functioning of the services. Browsing data are kept for no longer than seven days and are erased immediately after being aggregated.   1. eMS System

The electronic Monitoring System (eMS) is provided for applicants and beneficiaries to allow them to create, prepare, revise and submit online forms (project applications, requests for revision, reports and payment claims). The collected data are processed for assessing project application forms, awarding funds to selected proposals, as well as managing, monitoring and evaluating the funded projects, performing analyses, surveys and studies, protecting the financial interests of the EU (notably for verifications and audits), and for communicating on the ADRION Programme and its actions (projects and capitalisation platforms).   1. Newsletter/Alerts

By subscribing to our news alerts/updates you agree that Interreg ADRION may process automatically your personal data which you have provided in the subscription form to receive information that you have agreed upon. Subscriptions are powered by Mailchimp, hence you may also consider consulting their policy regarding the processing of personal data. When you register to our news alerts/updates, we save the information you provided in our database.

Personal data processed for the purpose mentioned above, will be secured until unsubscribing to our updates/alerts.

We use social media to present our work through contemporary channels. Our official social media channels are listed on this website.
